- Depart the dock (normally 7:00 am, unless specified by the Captain).
- Transit out of Bogue Inlet into the Atlantic Ocean. Half day fishing trip’s transit to the fishing grounds is normally 1 hour and 30 min from the dock. Fishing grounds are between 4 and 12 nautical miles off the Coast.
- We will typically troll fish on the way out and then bottom fish for the most part of the day.
