 Nancy Lee Fishing Charters – Refund Policy

At Nancy Lee Fishing Charters, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Cancellations by Customer

  • We take deposits to ensure we are able to maintain a schedule that is conducive for our customers and the well being of our family business. Cancellations made  1 month prior to the trip are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future trip.

  • No-Shows:
    Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the scheduled departure date or no-shows will not be refunded. No exceptions.

  • During the trip, the Payee of the Private Charter can call the trip for whatever reason they see fit, once lines are off the boat and we depart the dock there will be no refunds. 

2. Cancellations by Captain

  • Weather and Safety:
    The safety of our guests is our top priority. If the captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the trip may be rescheduled or fully refunded, depending on guest preference and availability.

  • Mechanical or Operational Issues:
    In the unlikely event that Nancy Lee Fishing Charters must cancel a trip due to mechanical or unforeseen operational issues, guests will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. We cannot extend trips for late arrivals. If you miss the departure time, the trip will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Booking Deposits

Some trips may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. This deposit will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5. Group or Private Charter Policies

Large group and private charter bookings may be subject to custom cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Please review your confirmation email for details.
