Welcome to Nancy Lee Fishing Charters! By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your charter.

1. Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.

• Final payment is due prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once your booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip may forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows on the day of the trip will be charged in full.

• Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • Your safety is our top priority. If unsafe weather conditions force us to cancel your trip, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.

3. Trip Policies

• All passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• Trips may be shortened at the captain’s discretion due to weather, safety, or passenger needs.

• Children are welcome and must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

• Alcohol is allowed in moderation. No illegal drugs or unsafe behavior will be tolerated.

• The captain reserves the right to terminate a trip early without refund due to unruly or unsafe conduct.

4. Safety Aboard

• All vessels are operated by a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain.

• Safety equipment including life jackets, first aid kits, and communication tools are onboard and maintained.

• Passengers must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the crew.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

• Fishing, boating, and marine activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Nancy Lee Fishing Charters and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, loss of personal belongings, seasickness, or accidents occurring during your trip.

• You agree to release and hold harmless Nancy Lee Fishing Charters, its owners, and employees from all liabilities related to your trip.

6. Catch & Release / Fish Cleaning

• We follow all state and federal fishing regulations regarding size and catch limits.

• Guests are welcome to keep legal catches; we offer complimentary fish cleaning and bagging.

• The captain may require certain fish to be released to maintain sustainability and safety.

7. Accessibility & Special Needs

• We welcome guests of all abilities. Please notify us in advance if any members of your party have special needs so we can accommodate you as best we can.

8. Photography & Media

• We may take photos or videos during your trip for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before departure.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
